Mark Salazar
OFFERING BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL LESSONS (Everything but softball pitching)

Playing History:
In High School, Mark played baseball at Cathedral Catholic HS in San Diego, CA. Mark was rated top 100 in the nation by Baseball America and turned down the 3rd round of the MLB draft to the Houston Astros in 1997. Mark played in college for the Long Beach State Dirtbags and Shasta College. Mark also played semi professionally for for Evans City in PA and The Kenosha Kroakers.
Coaching History:
Mark has been coaching baseball for 24 years. Ages 8 to professional. As a head coach in CA, Mark helped lead their team to a conference and state Championship. Mark coached for the Palm Springs Power collegiate team in 2013 that won their league and the So Cal Collegiate League Championship. Prior to moving to Missouri I was running 4 faith based travel teams. Currently Mark manages and give lessons here at Playmakers.
Current Coaching Preference:
Hitting and catching are Mark’s passion. Mark is very confident in coaching pitchers, outfielders and infielders as well. Mark is available to work with all athletes on speed and agility. Becoming more athletic is very important!
Preferred Age Players to Work With:
Mark enjoys working with players from youth levels up through college athletes who are serious about improving their skills and understanding of the game.
Favorite Food:
California burrito!!!
Olivia Emery
OFFERING SOFTBALL PITCHING LESSONS
Olivia has played softball since I was three years old, and started pitching at the age of 8. I play for a national team, Tennessee MOJO. I have received the honors of All Conference, All District and All Region for Neosho High School. I was ranked #18 pitchers in the nation by Extra Inning Softball.
My preference for time is anytime after 4 pm for pitching lessons with 8-14 year olds
My favorite is chicken Alfredo!
CLAY Milas
OFFERING BASEBALL HITTING. & FIELDING LESSONS
A former player and coach at MSSU currently with Webb City baseball, Clay has extensive experience working with multiple hitters across all ages. This allows for instruction to be tailored to the hitter’s swing, and to get the most out of their abilities.
AARON HASSELL
OFFERING BASEBALL PITCHING & HITTING LESSONS
Coach Hassell is currently at MSSU and will be entering into his fourth season helping the Lions pitching staff in 2025. Hassell played collegiately at Graceland University in Lamoni, Iowa from 2019-21. He previously had played at Midland University from 2016-2019. Hassell played in the MINK Summer League for the Nevada Griffons where he finished up in 2021 as a player/coach. Being a collegiate pitcher has provided Aaron with meaningful information. By pairing this information with instruction, Aaron provides guidance to players that is easy to understand.
Tyler martin
OFFERING BASEBALL PITCHING & HITTING LESSONS
Played at Webb City High School for 4 years. 2018 COC pitcher of the year, 1st team all state, etc.. Signed with University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2018 and pitched there for 4 years then transferred to the University of Southern Mississippi in 2022-2023 season and would graduate from Southern Miss in the spring of 23. Would prefer any age for any aspect of baseball. I love being around the game, I know that I have been blessed and I have the opportunity of the life time to give back to my community.
KYLE MOORE
OFFERING BASEBALL PITCHING LESSONS
Kyle has extensive experience with all age groups of pitchers. His goal is to help players learn the basic skills and transform them into an elite, well-rounded pitcher. Kyle enjoys teaching fundamentals as well as spins, conditioning drills, and mental aspects of the game. Kyle is currently a senior at MSSU.
Tj Fleeton
OFFERING FOOTBALL QUARTERBACK LESSONS
I’m a dedicated quarterback coach passionate about helping athletes unlock their full potential both on and off the field.
Playing History:
I played quarterback at the Division 1 level, starting my collegiate career at Missouri Southern State University (MSSU).
Coaching History:
I’ve been coaching quarterbacks for over five years, working with athletes of all ages and skill levels. My training emphasizes mechanics, footwork, decision-making, and mental performance. I also serve as a character coach for FCA and talk with high school teams like Webb City, instilling life lessons alongside sports skills.
Current Coaching Preference:
While quarterback training is my specialty, I am open to working with multi-sport athletes looking to improve their overall mental toughness and game-day performance.
Preferred Age Players to Work With:
I enjoy working with players from youth levels up through college athletes who are serious about improving their skills and understanding of the game.
Favorite Team/Player:
I do not have a favorite player, but my favorite player is Aaron Rodgers/Tom Brady
Favorite Food:
You can’t go wrong with a classic steak dinner—it’s the perfect way to refuel after a long day of coaching!
